      利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定胶粘剂中甲苯二异氰酸酯含量,研究了进样口温度、初始柱温和柱子极性的影响.试验表明,应选择弱极性柱或非极性柱进行分析,进样口温度设置为200℃,初始柱温为100℃.同时考察了溶剂中的水分含量对于测试的影响,表明试剂除水的重要性.由于标准中多数采用FID检测器,故将GC-MS的结果与GC-FID的结果进行了比较,发现FID的定量结果与MS基本一致.因此,实际的检测过程可以利用GC-MS进行定性定量分析.

      The effects of inlet temperature, initial column temperature and column polarity on the determination of toluene diisocyanate content in adhesives by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) were studied. The results showed that 200℃ inlet temperature, 100℃ initial column temperature and weak polar column or non-polar column were suitable for the analysis. Besides, the effect of water content in solvent on the test was investigated, indicating the importance of dewatering of reagent. Because most of the standards use FID detectors, the results of GC-MS were compared with those of GC-FID. It is found that the quantitative results of FID were basically consistent with those of MS. There for in practice, GC-MS can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
