      分别采用聚酰胺吸附法和超声提取法对饮料中合成着色剂进行提取,高效液相色谱分析.对比研究上述2种样品前处理方法在饮料中合成着色剂分析中的应用.研究结果表明,2种前处理方法的检测结果无显著差异,但在分析时间、操作复杂性、分析成本及杂质峰的影响等方面有显著差别.

      In this work, sample pretreatment methods of polyamide adsorption method and ultrasonic extraction method were used for the extraction of synthetic colorants in beverages using high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) analysis. The application of the above two sample pretreatment methods for the analysis of synthetic colorants in beverages was compared, and the results showed that there was no significant difference based on two different pretreatment methods, but there were significant differences in the analysis time, operation complexity, analysis costs and the influence of impurity peaks.
