| A new catalytic solid substrate room temperature phosphorimetry (SS-RTP) has been established for the determination of perphenazine (PPH) based on the electronic effect of rhodamine 6G (Rhodamene. 6G, Rhod 6G+). The linear range of this method is 0.080~28 ×10-9g/L, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 1, the corresponding relative standard deviation is 1.5%~3.1%, and the detection limit is 4.8×10-14 g/L. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace PPH in human serum. |
