超临界萃取红茶致香成分的研究及在烟草中的应用

      研究了超临界萃取红茶致香成分的方法，应用GC/MS鉴定了化学成分，并进行了卷烟加香实验.评吸结果表明，红茶萃取物能增加卷烟烟香，使烟气甜润，细腻柔和，掩盖杂气，减少刺激，明显提高卷烟抽吸品质.

英文摘要:

      Conditions for extraction of Black tea absolute from malt concrete with supercritical fluid CO₂ have been studied. Its chemical compositions were identified by GC/MS .The Black tea absolute was then added into cigarettes as tobacco flavoring and evaluated by panellists . The result indicated that the offensive odor of cigarette smoke was effectively reduced and the smoking quality was improved.
