      1,3-Propanediamine was determined by capillary gas chromatography internal standard method, the results show that the method is simple, accurate and repeatable and it is suitable for quality control of 1,3-Propanediamine production. The recovery of raw material, intermediates and products was 99.10%～105.88%.
