      采用顶空-气相色谱法分析水中的1,2-环氧丙烷,研究了不同色谱柱、取样体积、平衡温度、平衡时间对1,2-环氧丙烷测定结果的影响. 结果表明最佳分析条件为取25 mL水样于45 mL顶空瓶中,于40 ℃平衡25 min后,用HP-1(60 m×0.53 mm×5 μm)色谱柱60 ℃测定. 线形范围0.20~40.0 mg/L,相关系数0.999 5,检出限0.05 mg/L,方法灵敏度高,干扰少.
英文摘要:
      A method of headspace gas chromatography for the determination of 1,2-epoxypropane in water was described. The influencing factors such as chromatographic column,sampling volume, equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time were discussed. 25 mL water was injected into the 45 mL headspace bottle and heated 25 min at 40 ℃. Determination was performed on chromatographic column HP-1(60 m×0.53 mm×5 μm) at 60 ℃. Good linearities were observed in the range from 0.20 mg/L to 40.0 mg/L. The detection limit was about 0.05 mg/L . Characteristics of this method are sensitive and with less interference.
