      建立了浓缩当归丸中阿魏酸的HPLC测定方法.采用C18色谱柱（TSK-GEL, 4.6×150 mm，5 μm），以甲醇-水-磷酸（30∶70∶0.3，V/V/V）为流动相，流速1.0 mL/min，检测波长320 nm.结果阿魏酸在0.006～0.15 μg范围内线性关系良好，r为0.9999,平均加样回收率为96.91%. 本方法可用于浓缩当归丸中阿魏酸的含量监控.

英文摘要:

      A high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of feralic acid in Nongsuo Danggui Pills. HPLC was performed on a Tsk-Gel C18column (4.6×150 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-water-phosphoric acid (30∶70∶0.3,V/V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and 320 nm as the detection wavelength . This method showed a good linear relationship，the mean recovery was 96.91%. This method can be used for the quality control of Nongsuo Danggui Pills.
