      钯(Ⅱ)与结晶紫在亚硝基R盐的存在下可发生氧化还原褪色反应,最大吸收峰位于波长590 nm处.钯浓度在0.2~2.0 mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,回归方程:ΔA=0.455C+0.0032(C为mg/L Pd(Ⅱ)),r=0.9990,相对标准偏差为7.8‰,检出限为9.490×10-5g/L.

      In the presence of nitroso-rsalt,Palladium(Ⅱ) reacts with crystal violet wherewith to take oxidation-reduction fading colour reaction.The apparent absorptivity was found at 590 nm.In the range of 0.2 to 2.0 mg/L,Palladium(Ⅱ) obeyed Beer's law.The linear regression equation was ΔA=0.455C+0.0032(Where C is mg/L of Palladium(Ⅱ)),r=0.9990.The RSD for the determination of 1.0 mg/L of Palladium(Ⅱ) was 7.8‰(n=8).The detection limits of method was 9.490×10-5 mg/L.
