      采用AS18,4 mm×250 mm色谱柱,以32 mmol/L的KOH作为淋洗液,建立了一种用具有电导检测器的离子色谱连续测定乳制品中NO₂^-和NO₃^-的方法.该法处理简单、快速,定量结果准确.NO₂^-和NO₃^-的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.001和0.004 mg/L,标准曲线相关系数分别为0.999 7和0.999 6,添加水平上的回收率均在90.0%~103.4%之间.

英文摘要:

      A simple and rapid method for determination of NO₂^- and NO₃^- by ion chromatography with conductivity detection was studied.The anions were tested on AS18(4×250 mm) anion exchange column using 32 mmol/L KOH as eluant.The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 mL/min.The correction coefficients were 0.9997 and 0.999 6 for NO₂^- and NO₃^- respectively.Detection limits(3S/N) were found to be 0.001 and 0.004 mg/L.Recoveries tested by the standard addition method were in the range of 90.0%～103.4%.
