      研究发现5.5×10-2 mol/L HCl-2.8×10-3 mol/L KI-2.4×10-4 mol/L HAuCl4体系的最大吸收峰在370 nm,当有北豆根碱(BA)存在时,由于形成(BA-AuI2)n缔合微粒,在538 nm处有一吸收峰,BA浓度在0.30~18 mg/L范围遵循Lamber Beer定律,其摩尔吸光系数ε538 nm为3.57×104 L/(mol·cm)(γ=0.9992,n=6).据此建立了一个测定北豆根制剂中的北豆根总碱含量的分光光度法.该法灵敏、简便、快速、准确、重复性好,平均回收率为98.0%,相对标准偏差RSD=2.06%(n=5).

      In the medium of 5.5×10-2 mol/L HCl, there is a max absorption peak at 370 nm for the system of 2.8×10-3 mol/L KI-2.4×10-4 mol/L HAuCl4. A spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of alkaloids in Beidougen(BA) capsule, based on the formation of BA-AuI2- association particles which have a absorption peak at 538nm. The linear range is 0.3~18 mg/L(γ=0.9992,n=6), with a mole absorptivity of 3.57×104 L/(mol/cm). This method has convenience, rapidity, accuracy and good recovery. It was applied to the determination of total alkaloids in Beidougen Capsule with satisfactory results.
