英文摘要:

      An improved reverse phase HPLC method has been established to determine lovastatin and lovastatin acid. The C₄ column and the UV detector were applied, and methanol-water(80:20) was used as the mobile phase. The experimental results show that the improved chromatographic conditions can be used to analyze the lovastatin and lovastatin acid effectively and economically.
