      采用气相色谱顶空分析法测定了大鼠肝移植后动脉血酮体.方法操作简单快速,灵敏度高.采用外标法,乙酰乙酸、β-羟丁酸的质量与丙酮面积作回归方程,相关系数分别为0.997、0.990,线性关系较好,标准差不大于9.%.而乙酰乙酸与β-羟丁酸的比值是临床辅助诊断治疗中一种较好的辅助手段.

      By gas chromatographic headspace analysis,a highly sensitive and simplified mothod for the determination of blood ket one has been studied.Acet oacetate and beta-hydroxybutyrate are made a linear standard curve by using aceton area,and correlation cofficient is 0.997 and 0.990 respectively,The relative standard deviation (RSD)is no more than 9.3%.The blood ket one body ratio is a great help to climcal diagnosis.
