      The acid digestion of feed and bone dust was studied by microwave heating in pressure-sealed jar. The effect of the acid digestion system, digestion time, amount of added acid were investigated, and optimum digestion condition was obtained. The P in the feed and standard sample were determined by colorimetry. The results show that the method is fast, economical and accurate.
