| A method of determination of mannite in taibai ginseng by gas chromatography is introduced. The methanol extractive of mannite in taibai ginseng is separated in a OV-225 packed column and detected with flame ionic detector (FID). The result showed that the recovery of the method was 90.66% and the detection limit was 0.1 mg/L. |
