| A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to detect catechol purity. A Kromasil C18 column was used and mobile phase was methanol:0.2% acetic acid=50:50 (V/V). The wavelength 277 nm Was selected. The recoveries were 94.6%~101.8% and the standard deviations were 0.19~0.24. |
