      对脉冲梯度场 核磁共振(PFG-NMR)中测定溶液分子自扩散系数的Stimulated echo方法进行了改进,把测定自扩散系数的Stimulated echo脉冲序列与测定自旋 晶格弛豫时间的脉冲序列串接起来,设计了两个新的脉冲序列.可以在同一次实验中同时测定自扩散系数和自旋 晶格弛豫时间.同时,证实了在小分子溶液体系中没有自旋 晶格弛豫与分子的自扩散之间的交叉相互作用.

      Two novel 3D pulse sequences using pulsed field gradient are proposed for self-diffusion measurement in solution. They are modified from the stimulated echo sequence by incorporating the pulse sequence for spinlattice relaxation measurements. These pulse sequences can be used as the method for obtaining the self-diffusion coefficient and spin-lattice relaxation time in one experiment. In addition, the results show that there are no cross interaction between the spin relaxation and the self-diffusion in solution of simple molecules.
