| The molecular weight of trichosanthin was determinated rapidly by MALDI-TOF-MS. The effects of three kinds of matrices were compared and diccussed, sinapinic acid was approved to be the best matrix for trichosanthia. The experiment results showed that MALDI-TOF-MS me thod was superior to the traditional method of molecular weight determination of biological macro molecules. |
