      用聚胺键合法合成了聚胺型碱性硅胶基质,进一步甲基化后制得了强阴离子交换剂.该强阴离子交换剂将硅基离子交换剂和树脂型离子交换剂的优点有机地结合起来,具有稳定性好,使用pH值范围宽(pH1~12),柱渗透性好的优点.可理想地用于生物大分子如蛋白质,多肽和核酸等的分离.

      By reaction of oligopolyamine, epichlorohydrin alternately with λ chloropropyl triethoxyl silane bonded silica phase, and methylated afterwards, a novel silica based strong anion exchanger was prepared. This anion exchanger possesses the advantages of resin based anion exchangers and silica based anion exchangers for its high ion exchange capacity, good column permeability, being durable to much concentrated buffer and wide pH range from pH 1 to 12, and the unspecific interaction of silanol to solutes being eliminated. This strong anion exchanger can be used successfully in the separation of biopolymers. Proteins, peptides and enzymatic mouse brain RNA have being separated.
