      采用扫描电镜(SEM)的拉伸台测定了铝合金表面激光熔覆层与基体的结合强度,分析了基材预热温度对界面结合强度的影响,观察了界面裂纹的形成及扩展过程.结果表明,这种方法较为准确地测量了熔覆层与基体之间的结合强度.
英文摘要:
      Bond strength of laser cladding of Fe-base alloy coating to Al-Si alloy substrate was measured by tensile stage of SEM.The influence preheating temperature of substrate upon interface bond strength was discussed,and the process of cracks formation and developing for laser cladding interface were also studied.The results indicate that the method can accurately measure the bond strength of laser cladding.
