英文摘要:
      Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICPMS)has begun to be widely ed for the analysis of inorgsnic elements in variety of solid materials.The principle of a micro LA-ICPMS was explained.The operation parameters and its performances in qualitative and quantitative analyses were discussed in great detail.Some application examples of this technique were illustratated.
