      Sarsasapogenin in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge and its preparation were separated and determined by RP-HPLC.The chromatographic condition are,ODS column with methanol as mobile phase and eluatds monitored with a RID-6A detector.This study provides scientific basis for the evaluation of the Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge and the quality control of preparation.
