By comparing the analytical methods the possibility,influencing factors and ion-pairRP-HPLC conditions in analysis of aminophenol isomers have been studied.The optimumseparating conditions are as follows:the mobile phase is 4×10-3mol·L-1 tetrabutylammonium iodide, 0.184mol·L-1 NaAc,23:77 methanol-water and 0.8 g·L-1 NaHSO3.The stationary phase is ODS.The method can be used in analysis of aminophenol isomerseffectively and fastly. |
