      用XPS研究了渗硼层磨损表面的成分、元素价态及其随深度的变化.结果表明,磨损表面形成B₂O₃和铁的氧化物;随着深度的增加,B₂O₃和铁的氧化物含量减少.磨损表面主要表现为氧化磨损的特征.

英文摘要:

      The elemental composition and valence state of the elements and their changes with the variation of depth were investigated by mains of XPS. The result showed that there were B₂O₃ and iron oxide on the worn surface, and B₂O₃ and iron oxide contant decreased with the imcreasse in depth. It was revealed that oxidation was a charactedstic wear.
