Low contents of St and Mn in steel and iron alloys have been determined by means of electron probe microanalysis with special Fe-Si and Fe-Mn alloys standards.The result indicates that the analysisaccuracy is better than that of ZAF correction method with pure Si and Pare Mn as standards. |
