The sample was dissolved in HNO3 and HClO4,NH4H2PO4 was used as a reagent to amend the condition of solution. Trace plumbum in food and food additive was determined by GFAAS. The RSD was less than 14%. The detection limit of the method is 0.4 ng/ml for plumbum.The method has been applied to the determination of trace plumbum in many food and food additive. The result is satisfactory. |
