      提出了在0.40mol/L氢氧化钠底液中对碱解后的有机磷农药进行单扫描极谱测定的方法.于起始电位-0.30V(vs SCE)进行阴极化扫描时有产生一灵敏导数波,峰电位为-0.53V(vs SCE).并获得了辛硫磷残留量检测的最佳条件.在此条件下检测有机磷农药的线性范围分别为:辛硫磷0.12~160μg/mL,甲基对硫磷0.15~200μg/mL,水胺硫磷0.20~160μg/mL,甲胺磷0.1~1.0mg/mL,氧化乐果0.09~160μg/mL.
英文摘要:
      A method for the determination of organophosphorous pesticide residues in a supporting solution of 0.40 mol/L sodium hydroxide by single sweep polarography has been established. The Peak potentail is -0.53 V(vs.SCE). The peak height is linearily proportional to the concentration of phoxim over the range of 0.12~160 μg/mL, 0.15~200 μg/mL methyl parathium,0.20~160 μg/mL isocarbophos, 0.10~1.0 mg/mL methamidophos, 0.09~160 μg/mL flolimat. This proposed method is simple, sensitive and has good selectivity. The results are satisfactory when it is used to analyse vegetablefruit.
