      在pH为7.50的条件下,Pd2+与甲基紫、溴化钾反应形成紫色缔合物,吸收峰位于580 nm,Pd2+浓度在100~800 μg/L范围内与吸光度成正比,表观摩尔吸光系数ε580=2.4×105L/(mol·cm).方法操作简便,灵敏度高,用于试样中痕量Pd2+的测定,结果令人满意.

      Palladium(Ⅱ) reacts with methyl violet and potassium bromide in the presence of NH3 to form a violet complex. The ion-association complex exhibits maximum absorption at 580 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.4×105 L/(mol·cm). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 100~800 μg/L for Palladium(Ⅱ). The method is easy to operation and highly sensitive. It has been applied for the determination of Palladium(Ⅱ) in samples with satisfactory results.
