用索氏抽提法提取了太湖沉积物中的可溶性有机质,用不同极性溶剂在硅胶/氧化铝柱上分离了饱和烃、芳烃、酮馏分。利用GC-MS对酮组份进行了分析。沉积物中检出了一系列呈等间距分布的正构烷基-2-酮:C14至C33,主峰为C29,具有强烈的奇碳数优势。在C16至C17之间检出了丰度很高的C18类异戊二烯酮。采用保留时间、质谱图和标准图谱相结合的方法对酮化合物加以鉴定。 |

The extractable lipids were isolated using soxhlet extraction method in the surficial sediment of Taihu lake. The ketones were fractionated on an activated SiO2/Al2O3 column with hexane/ethylacetate (9:1,V/V) solvent. The ketone fraction was analyzed by GC-MS instrument. A series of alkan-2-ones were detected in the sediment samples of Taihu lake. The distribution range of carbon number was C14C33, major peak was C29 with high OEP(odd to even predominance index). 6,10,14-trimethyl pentadecan-2-one between the peaks of C16 and C17 with high abundance was also found. All the ketone compounds were identified by the analysis of their mass-spectrogram, retention time and the standard mass-spectrogram. |
